Before you begin, it’s important to know the difference between visualization and visioning. Visualization is you consciously deciding what you want and directing your attention to that desire. While visualization is directive, visioning is receptive. Visioning invites responses from the wisdom of your higher guidance.
Visioning provides a framework you can use as a guide for right action. It’s a practice. The more you practise, the more will be revealed and the more your life will evolve.
There are three stages to each visioning experience.
- Open your mind and heart to the revelation of your highest vision.
- Listen to the questions and then write down whatever thoughts, images, or feelings you have in response.
- Expression of appreciation for what was revealed.
