In the meantime, we do our absolute best to treat your personal information like we want ours to be treated. Your email address and other contact information will never be given away, rented or sold to third parties. Guaranteed!
Email subscribers or people using a reader service to read posts may unsubscribe at any time. In addition to tips about the voice subscribers may from time to time receive information about other resources deemed to be or interest or related to the development of the voice and creative expansion.
When buying a product or service, your contact information is obtained for the sole purpose of shipping the product or implementing the service.
No personally-identifying information about you is collected by any means merely from visiting this site. The only statistics we may track when you visit are the the date and time of access and the URL from which you linked to our site.
When someone submits a question specifically relating to the voice and voice training, the question and answer may be posted on the site or used as an example in written or recorded materials. They are used for the purpose of demonstrating important aspects of the voice. We make minor edits to correct any spelling and grammar mistakes or for clarification. No names or locations are included with that information without express permission from the submitter.
All coaching services and online teleseminars are delivered via the phone and/or the internet.
All physical products are shipped via Canada Post regular mail. Please allow three weeks for delivery to addresses in North America and four weeks outside North America.
All products are paid for in Canadian funds. Your credit card company will process the currency exchange when you receive your bill. Get an estimate of the exchange rate for your currency at www.xe.com.
Any customs charges due upon delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser.
A customer may return any physical product (CDs, videos, self study courses, etc) purchased directly from us within thirty days for a full refund of the purchase price minus an administrative fee of 15% of the cost of the product. The customer is responsible for the return postage. If you purchase a defective audio product, you may return it for a replacement.
Unless prior agreement to the contrary is reached, digital products are non-refundable and are for the exclusive use of the purchaser only.
Complimentary consultations for voice coaching are available for the purposes of determining whether the coaching program is a good fit. After payment for coaching services, refunds are available up to 3 days before the second session minus the cost of the first session and an administrative fee of 15% of the whole cost. After that no refunds are available.
Sensitive information (such as address and credit card number) is protected with encryption software. While on our secure page, the lock icon should appear in most browsers, although the location of the icon may vary. The lock indicates a secure site. Security is also indicated in the address bar with https:// instead of http://.
